Renuvion® (J-Plasma) is a procedure that, through a small incision, using a special handpiece, stimulates collagen production and immediately tightens and contracts the skin. It is ideal for patients with moderate skin looseness.

SONOCA – ULTRASONIC EQUIPMENT
This equipment breaks down fat cells by means of ultrasonic waves. Its purpose is to liquefy the fat in the exposed area and destroy the adipocytes, transforming them from a solid to a liquid state to be later extracted. Ultrasonic liposuction is ideal for treatment of fibrotic areas due to other procedures, fibrosis treatment, and biopolymers removal.
FRACTIONAL CO2 LASER
Fractional CO2 laser is a revolutionary technique that allows for treatments on the superficial part of the skin and others at a deeper level, depending on the desired results.
Fractional CO2 laser is a device that emits a controlled beam of infrared light through a scanner, which penetrates the skin in the form of deep thermal columns until reaching the deep dermis. This device is capable of producing tissue ablation with minimal thermal injury, thanks to the combination of high energy densities and very short pulses.

The equipment used for facial resurfacing stimulates the renewal of the superficial layer of the skin, where signs of aging such as spots, wrinkles, and sagging are present. By regenerating the skin, collagen production is improved, resulting in skin tightening and correction of sagging.
The fractional CO2 laser works by targeting the water content within the cells, heating the skin and inducing the turnover of the epidermis, as well as restructuring the collagen and elastin fibers.
Each of the small beams of light penetrates the skin, exerting its effect in columns of tissue known as microthermal treatment zones, which can extend from the deep dermis in some cases.
Minor pathology treatments can be performed using topical anesthesia in an office setting, such as the resection of small nevi, syringomas, xanthelasmas, keloid scars, acne scars, and stretch marks. For patients who need to improve the tone of their eyelids but are not yet candidates for blepharoplasty, satisfactory results can be achieved through the use of fractional CO2 laser technique. This procedure rejuvenates their appearance in a short period of time without scars, bruising, or long recovery periods. It can be done in a single session or multiple sessions, depending on the individual’s needs.
On the first day, there may be some swelling and discomfort, which diminishes completely within two days. The results of the treatment are noticeable, reducing wrinkles on the forehead, between the eyebrows, around the eyes, and eyelids. It also helps reduce sagging in the facial contour, neck, and jawline, improves the appearance of chest lines, fades hand spots, and tightens enlarged pores, giving the skin a more radiant look.
RETRACTION
It is a mini-invasive smart radiofrequency device that treats body flaccidity, emulsifying fat during liposuction, which maximizes results and helps with the collagen and elastin production.
G-RETRACTION
